Kiprim Returns & Refunds Policy

At Kiprim, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • The return request is submitted before the 30-day period expires.

Note: Products damaged due to misuse, modification, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as “Non-Returnable”)

  • Customized or special-order products


3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us
    Email our customer support team at support@kiprim.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Receive Authorization
    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.

  3. Ship the Item
    Pack the product securely, include all accessories, and ship it to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Kiprim will cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos or videos of the issue to help us process your claim quickly.
